Yes, I think Absolutely Sweet Marie, Love Minus Zero and This Wheel's On Fire are more rare than that, anyway it was a nice playful version to witness.

Oh yeah, I forgot about those. I would love to see those as well! I feel lucky to have seen Mississippi last year when he played it frequently.

I really wanted to hear that. One of my favorite songs.

I only got to make one show last year in Columbia, MD 8/16/11. This year I plan to make the Chicago show and the D.C. show. I sure wouldn't mind if he brought back Mississippi for a regular slot!

My version of rare must be some folks version of RAW.
I don't really consider what you guys are talking about here as rare. Please don't take this as uppity snobbery bullshit either. With all due respect, it's just that I've heard all that stuff numerous times live and am ready for more surprises. And dont get me wrong, I will take whatever Bob decides to dish out since I have no choice there. New arrangements pump me up too, I'm not stuck on the set list thing ("yeah right," you say) Admittedly, it is possible that I may be stuck in a late 90s early 2000s mind set regarding shows.

Rare to me is Yea Heavy and a Bottle of Bread, Romance in Durango, We Better Talk This Over, 10,000 Men, Early Roman Kings, even Jokerman at this point...

Just had to say it, that's all. I love and appreciate whatever happens, believe me.

Rock on!

no doubt Still Go Barefoot!! sure he has taken to putting same slot songs more times than not..but little surprises like Dreaming of You (like last nite) for example, brings a freshness to the multi-concert goers. I know there is quite the caravan from the start of this leg, which is perhaps why we havent had anything in the form of recordings yet. I keep looking/hoping... its like my forbidden pleasure to hear shows i cannot get to. I hate missing any of them but gee..not too many of us have the kinds of funds needed. Just the dedication and the will to get to as many as we can .. best we can hope for.
we are dreamin of you too bob dylan.. 8)

Queen, as much as I wished for Dreaming of You, I believe it was actually THIS DREAM OF YOU from one of the recent albums that sit on my shelf not-so-played. I've been meaning to put it on to fully appreciate it. Now back to the show...THANKS BILL. So nice to have you with us. An honor!

I understand what you mean. By talking "rare" I meant in the context of this recent tour, not as a whole. Like you, I would kill to see any of the tunes mentioned above. And I don't think you're a snob 8) . Can't wait to hear the rest of the set, and a big thank you to Mr. Pagel!

The heart of the set is TOOM/L&T these days. I like that run from 5 through 9.

Missoula was pretty special. I keep compulsively checking for a boot, although I'm sure it won't begin to convey the feeling of being there. It never does, but I keep listening to them anyway. :)

We'll take it Movin'. I agree...well ... Ok... How about 6 through 10? I'm a recovering Tweedle burnout. Too many times. Not enough rearrangement. Don't need it anymore. Trying to go cold turkey on it. What a pain I am tonight!

Tweedle is not my favorite song but it passes the time and has a cute beat. what i like about him lately is hes not emphasizing on the 4 beat so much...and im glad hes not doin the rising step thang on some songs. Now if only we can get him to stop the echo on Thin Man. (although in missoula it was done really really well for a change)..
ps Barefoot.. dont be jealous.. vancouver and seattle arent that far away.. ill buy ya a beer

movin.. i am optimistically praying the lack of boots is due to the fact so many were going as far as fargo at least, that i know of. When they get back im hoping for at least the last 3 shows. Id be happy with any of them, but missoula for sentimental reasons. (Id wrap it in a bow and give it to Barefoot.. )
