Expecting Rain

While I don't think he'll get anywhere near 100 this year, he might do so in the future. I guess it really depends on why he wants to scale it down. If the travelling is too demanding, the only option are multiple nights in one city or indeed less touring, but if it's the "(close to) two hour rock show, screaming inside a hockey arena"-gigs that make it impossible for him to play as many shows as before, there's obviously ways to present a quieter, shorter show in smaller venues that could still earn him lots of $$$.

Multiple nights at the House of Blues in Boston (minus the a$$hole line arrangement) would work for me. I'll also let him use my large (but not too large) barn for free.

That sounds like a good idea, because I've read you saying that you don't like the heat of outdoor shows, so you'd probably have it nice and cool in there.

Yeah, I hate the heat. They can even stay and I'll feed them, too. I also have plenty of parking for the buses. It's a nice neighborhood for Bob to wander around between shows, too.

I have an empty apartment upstairs he can stay... so there!!!

I got a few spare bedrooms in addition to my own.
He could travel like that all the time, he'd never need hotels anymore, except for the band and crew.

Me likes the sound of this so far, I'm going to spring for every show within 4-5 hours....hope the venues aren't huge though...

They should let you make arrangements-You have good ideas. But it sounds like it might get exclusive if it's in a neighborhood. For some reason, I pictured you living in a contemporary uptown highrise-door man, elevator, etc.

Well we had the dates announced at the end of May and he played July
So perhaps we will have the dates at the end of June

Perhaps, Shooter, perhaps.
He'll take a break after Europe...

Perhaps he will take a long break and make the Tour in October and November

It's not in his nature
