As I recall there were soomlos recordings of some of the shows in 2008. of course, I often recall wrong.

Like Australian fans did last year: they just expected for tapers from outside ?

It's short for 'our intrepid taper', used collectively in tape reviews for many years, so does not refer to any one specific person.
