It is plainly said pretty damn stupid not to make an extra entrance for the "front of stage" ticket holders. Or even let them in 10-15 mins earlier, like with the MK tickets last year. It would avoid lots of confusion. If they have better security than Mainz, we need to talk to them about it.

Here the reply mail to some of my questions (not answering all):

Hallo,

Translation:

Before the barrier in front of the stage you show your ticket once again and get a ribbon for the Front of Stage area.
At the entrance there is no extra entrance.

While Bob is getting ready to hit the stage at Hop Farm, just a short information I received from a friend regarding the venue Kunstrasen at Bonn. He was there last night when Lou Reed did perform. Great and cool gig he told me btw. In fact there was no front of stage area for Lou, so he could not tell me anything about a special entrance for those of us who have FOS-Tickets. But the normal entrance is exactly opposite the stage, so you must walk (run ) a long way until you reach the FOS-Area. Wonder if they block the running crowd there again to check the tickets ? Well, that could easily turn into a complete mess (remember Mainz last year )! For those of us who have seating tickets: these seats are on the side of the venue as you already know. But my friend told me, even Block D is far away from the stage, so bring your binoculars
On the back of the venue there are lots of food-stalls and also a kind of beergarden. As they didn´t forced the people to leave the place right after the gig last night, lots of them did meet there after the concert to enjoy some drinks. Hope they will handle that in the same way next wednesday so we can set up our after-show meeting right there! Can´t wait

I don't understand what's the problem with the single entrance and an extra entrance for FoS ticketholders is. The procedure described in the E-Mail seems to be a quite common to me. I have seen that often at different venues and with different artists without any problem.

Me neither. If everyone acts their age, no problem will arise.

What time will you all be at the gates? I think i'll be there around 14:00. Think that's early enough for a good spot?
