Just watching them sound check Dylans stuff...and you're not gonna believe this but Dylan's playing grand piano tonight guys! No sign of the circus organ!!

Other option is that he's got a piano player with him, but there was no organ and the oscar/beads were on top, so looks like we're in for a treat!

I hope he is playing it. I've heard of one year when they always had a piano on stage but he used it only once.

Don't get too excited, I am almost 100% sure it isn't Bob's. There are six acts on the main stage before Bob and it could be any of theirs. Bob's equipment won't be on stage until his time slot, it's the way festivals work
