I can't remember if you are going to any of the Euro shows, Tragos. I hope you can figure out a way. You need a serious Bobfix from what I can tell. There must be a way. I'm hoping for you!

At this point I can almost guarantee that I'll be able to help with a live setlist during this show.

I may need to send a text out per song as internet connectivity is bound to be spotty at best.

Anyone with a UK cell/mobile want to volunteer to receive the texts and update this site?

I'll confirm everything as we get closer to the date.

And I don't know, I don't know, how much longer I can wait...

C'mon arabia.
Just because you're a little perturbed to not be going doesn't mean that you have to blow bad weather karma over to Kent!

Expected Hop farm setlist with alternatives like it will be on Bobs cue sheet!
Everything different from that would be a really surprise and hardly possible! But who knows!

P.S.: I'm not complaining but regarding the facts of many Saturday and some Festival shows last two/three years another scenario is very unlikely. The only chance would be to change the whole setlist!

1. Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat
2. Don't Think Twice, It's All Right
3. Things Have Changed / Beyond here lies nothin'
4. Tangled Up In Blue
5. Summer Days
6. Ballad Of Hollis Brown
7. A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall
8. The Lonesome Death Of Hattie Carroll
9. Highway 61 Revisited
10. Love sick / Forgetful Heart / Not dark yet
11. Thunder On The Mountain
12. Ballad Of A Thin Man
13. Like A Rolling Stone
14. All Along The Watchtower
Encore
15. Blowin in the wind / RDW

Forecast at this point is quite promising!

Highs of 22C (71F) on Friday and Saturday and 25C (79F) on Sunday!

Bit of showers thrown in there of course but I ain't gonna let that get me down. Oh no!

Maria, I'd say that that set list (considering it is a Saturday festival show) is probably going to prove to be very accurate.

"Ballad of Hollis Brown" and "Lonesome Death of Hattie Carrol" are near certainties at this point, no? Don't think that they work great together in one setlist but Bob seems to think that they do - if only on Saturdays...

We might actually get a song less than that, depending on how "to the minute" the festival is running. We'll see.

As for me I'm hoping for a completely different opener (bring back "Change My Way of Thinkin'" Bob!) and a Blind Willie McTell thrown in there somewheres...

Im considering going to hop farm for the saturday to see bob and patti smith. the only thing is i have work at half seven the next morning, so getting home is important. im having trouble finding any solid info online regarding public transport. does anybody have any suggestions of how to get to Hop Farm music festival and back to Brighton next saturday? would love a lift, or even some info about public transport?

also, any ideas what time should we expect Bob to finish on saturday?

Hope farm said the curfew was 23.00 but I expect Bob may finish a little earlier. There are later trains running. That's all I know!

There was a bus last time from the festival grounds to the train station in paddock wood, i think it was. The bus had a long queu on the way back. I would just go bc even if u get only a few hours of sleep, u can just power through the next day. Its worth it :D
