Expecting Rain

Could we all try to do a better job of naming threads in a way that describes what the actual subject or topic will be? There's few things more annoying than reading a topic titled something like "You'll never believe . . . ." and then you have to click on the thread to read "the interview with Bob Dylan I just read in in Rolling Stone magazine." Can't a person who posts like this just write "Rolling Stone Interview" in the subject line?

I don't know that it needs an official announcement, but it would be nice to get the word out somehow.
