I saw a Dodge Ram commercial that last night used a cover version of Forever Young, and I seem to recall that being used by Apple and maybe Pepsi as well. Within recent memory I believe Subaru used "When The Ship Comes In". "Love Sick" was used by Victoria's Secret. "I Want You" was in a SuperBowl commercial a few years ago (don't remember the product).

Is there a comprehensive list somewhere of Dylan songs licensed for commercial use, and if not what songs have you heard?

Those are all commercials that Bob was in or that used a song that he performed. I'm seeing more commercials today that include covers of his songs. Anybody else hear any covers?

Seems like one of the first (maybe the first?) that prompted calls of "Sell-out!" was a mid-1990s ad with Richie Havens covering "The Times They Are A-Changin'"--for some financial firm out of Canada. If memory serves.

^that was the very first one. I remember some talk among fellow fans that using that particular song title seemed more than a little pointed.

I remember a nauseating one about some car manufacturer, showed some extremely sad images of animals in cages... the punch line being something like "You cannot retain wild/free creatures", to the music of Not dark yet, then showing their glorious 4 wheeled beauty *pukes*
