He's got Feathers that grow over his feet
like 'Boots' .. i tried to get the person who
took the picture(s) to trade places, but they
didn't want to. No, not because the didn't want
to touch my Rooster .. .. they didn't want ME
to touch their Camera ... He's a lot bigger now, so ..

Along with his first Crowing, he seemed to find yet ANOTHER
Interest, but '.. that big dumb blonde -With her wheel in the gorge '
- is now about 3 times as big as he is. .. He's a Bantam Weight. ..

I LOVE roosters! I collect rooster stuff, although I've pulled in the reigns abit.

I had a neighbor who had peacocks and roosters and the guy was made to get rid of them because they made a racket. I liked them and the noise didn't bother me at all. I liked listening to them.

We used to have a bunch of chickens and roosters. One of the roosters was really mean and vicious. He used to attack me when I was hanging the wash. I so wanted to shoot that thing. Plus, he was a constant crower. All day and all night he crowed and it was so nerve wracking. He must have been nuts or something. Finally my husband got fed up and decided it was time for that rooster to go into the stew pot. 5 minutes after he was dead, we heard that hideous crowing again. My husband killed the wrong rooster. We got such a laugh over that.

My grandfather used to go into his chicken farm just to pick fights with the rooster.
