I was just listen to this "A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall" video from The Todaiji Temple Nara ... it's the first time I hear this ... Bob playing with the Tokyo New Philharmonic orchestra ... I never knew that he has played with an orchestra .
Are there more video's from this concert I only found this one .

A complete gem this one. It was officially released in England as an additional track on the unplugged Dignity cd single back in 90s. It was also televised at the time on the BBC , I think. It's a toss up between this version and the original studio version as to which one is the best imo.

He performed with the orchestra over a few nights also doing Ring Them Bells and I Shall be Released (the bootleg is available in the downloads section)

It's one of the best vocals he's done in the past 30 years. I think Bob performs well on occassions like this when there is a bit of a challenge and he rises to it. Another example would be Restless Farewell at the Sinatra tribute. Beautiful.

I looked at A-Z recording list but it's not availabale anymore on rapidshere :( is there anyone who has a link where I can down load this .

I Shall Be Released and Ring Them Bell are also very strong performances from that set.
