This topic's been beaten to death but it's wishful thinking:

'In Concert' (EXPANDED Town and Carnegie Halls)
'Basement Tapes' (Mixin' Up the Medicine sounds great...maybe more does too)
'Isle of Wight' (I REALLY want this in SelfPortrait quality!!!)
'Gospel Rock' (79-81 live)
'OUTTAKES, REHEARSALS, SOUNDTRACKS' (there're probably alternate takes we haven't heard from EVERY album)
DVD/BLU-RAY (all sorts of possibilities here like M&A sessions/Supper Club etc)
and of course the massive 'NET box' representing different eras/bands...

I'm hoping the new studio album will spark public interest again and be followed by The Bootleg Series Vol 10.
50 years is as good a time as any to open the flood gates. What would you like to see released?

That is a great list - i'd add:-

- Blonde on Blonde complete sessions
- Blood on the Tracks complete sessions (notes by Clinton Heylin)
- Hammersmith Odeon - Final Night 1990
- Sreet Legal - Piano Demos + Paris 78
- A decent record of the Petty years and the '84 tour

A two disc Supper Club best of, with a DVD deluxe edition.
And a NET box set would be amazing!

I want the 1964 concert that has an Eternal Circle and a Tambourine man released (First live version, I believe). Great set-list on that one, not sure if it's taped, though.

I'd love to see an official release of Renaldo and Clara - a DVD and Blu Ray multi disc set including a making of documentary, interviews, commentary, outtakes and lots of concert footage. Accompanied by a lot of written material about the project. But that's just a fantasy, so I'll settle for the three London November 2003 shows Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith & Brixton....or, well, anything really, it'll just be nice to get something new in the series.

I have long thought that Renaldo and Clara should be released... but, and I am not ashamed to say this... it should be released in 3D... it's been proven that this film is beyound 2D... therefore... 3D is the future!

I agree Thickboy - in a triple pack with "Masked & Annoying" and "Hearts on Fire"

The TV throwing scene from Hearts of Fire would be awesome in 3D.

I think the Official Bootleg Series 10 should be the Complete Never Ending Tour Boxed Set... every show since its inception.

The Official Bootleg Series 11 could be the completely re-recorded set of all the '60s albums using his current touring band. Now THAT would be something!!! 8)

However, I'd settle for anything from the last 35 years if I had to...

I suggested, a few months ago, that Bob re-record ALL of Blonde on Blonde w/ his current band, and I was called a heretic and a rapscallion!

Nevertheless, I STILL think it's a good idea!

Such brilliance as you expressed is such a rarity that one risks being castigated and ridiculed for stating the obvious. But you, dgsvoboda, aside from having incredible insight also possess great courage and for your boldness and exersizing that courage you are hereby acknowledged as today's recipient of the Untrodden Path Hero of the Day Award.

Please continue to opine boldly. We appreciate the freshness, sharpness, and astute insights.

Blessings and best wishes... :D

"Hard Rain" on DVD/Blue Ray or a complete concert from that tour. (SAlt lake City?)

Or, as it has been mentioned before, stuff from 79-81: outtakes, alternate recordings or a live show (including all the fire-and brimstone preaching).

But my guess is, it will be more stuff from the "GoIden Period" 63-66.

Where's the proposed / supposed follow-up to NDH anyway? It was said they were working on a film about the Rolling Thunder years.

For me, the number one bootleg I would like to see officially released continues to be the Freewheelin' Outtakes. Bits and pieces of this have been released but I would like to see the whole thing available officially. I am amazed about how much material Dylan recorded during the Freewheelin' sessions. Fantastic stuff!

Maybe it´s just me, but i´d like something from `81. The most overlooked and underrated tour.

I assume there will be a Blonde on Blonde re-release with all the outtakes in 4 years (50th anniversary). Perhaps?

I'm hoping for a set of live recordings from the gospel era for the next Bootleg Series installment!

Maintaining the high standard of your Dylan related jokes UP!

Everything is possible; don't the Grateful Dead have a 60 disc box set?

Screw the bootleg series - I vote for a Bob Dylan Halloween album.

"Monster Mash," "Lil' Red Riding Hood," "Werewolves of London," and many more with Bob reciting Edgar Allan Poe throughout.

Your move, Columbia Records...

It's gotta happen at some point.

Levon Helm commented on their latency on the bill: "Bob had an extra list of songs with about eight or ten different titles ... that we would've gone ahead and done had it seemed like the right thing to do. But it seemed like everyone was a bit tired ...

Imagine an August 1969 Bob+The Band rehearsal tape containing all the IOW songs and more. That would be amazing.
