Wow, it's strange seeing stable, close-up footage of him performing these days, so used to shaky mobile phone clips from the audience :lol:

The Bonn performance is sensational. Even becomes transcendent at around the half way point. Watch Donnie Herron shoot stage left and right looks of delight at his band mates around 5 min 50 sec. and his head is bouncing around like a bobble-head on the dash board of truck with bad shocks.

His singing has really improved. Seems like he's at least trying to not sound like a bear having a seizure.

Sorry everyone, but that singing is way below par. He can perform quite well,occasionally , but that is simply unbearable. I do not know why anyone would see any merit in it. It makes me sad.

This is from the festival Rock in Rio in 2008. It was done near Madrid. It was partly (I think 2 or 3 songs) broadcasted on the spanish TV.
