Dont think twice was better than in Manchester and was improved because he took himself off keyboards and played guitar. Did MK add anything to the songs he stayed on for? Not for me, Charlie beats him hands down for me. Still to hear Mississippi was a joy, and Things Have Changed was a lot better than Manchester (which to say was never poor), Honest with me he struggled with this time round for me because he was trying to get the mic out so he could move round stage and this time round he had a guitar with him. At manchester and Bournemouth he just performed the song centre stage with harp in hand. Hattie Carroll was glorious to hear, Hollis Brown he stood with harp in hand centre stage but never played it, oh but Make You Feel My Love he well its hard to describe but he kind of "dived" into a great harmonica centre stage I say dived because for an old man he seems to move terribly fast when he wants to. One minute he was behind keyboards plodding away the next hed kind of lept centre stage. I know Highway is a classic (they all are) but is it a song you want to hear every show? Having said that I used to feel that way about Watchtower and I love the new arrangement of it this tour. Like A rolling stone never gets boring.

I received two more messages from people who went to the show.
One said 'great show'
The other simply said 'sh1te'

That pretty much sums up the feelings within this thread.
Personally, I like the fact he's doing something so extreme, it's causing extreme views.

Songanddanceman, the suggested approach worked a treat. Much better gig than the first night without coming close to my previous shows this leg being Dublin and Glasgow x 2. The sound was far less muddy last night which obviously helped.

Oh no, I watched it a bunch of times, too. He is so sweet. I wish there was photo or video evidence of Hamburg this summer when he send blowkisses with both hands at once.

The mike stand was on the cable.

It was a bit difficult to get it out there again. I could see which way he would have to pull it, and was making gestures in that way, but it took him a bit to unwrap it.

Haha me too, I was staring at the wire thinking you need to twirl it the other way and it will become free

If not for the rail, he'd probably have had a couple of dozen people up there helping him get untangled.
The same night he somehow created a wire loop behind him (I think it was the guitar cable) that he was in danger of tripping over if he took a wrong step backwards. Luckily Tony noticed it and swept the cable away with his foot.
