Expecting Rain

Hi everyone. It would be great if someone who speaks french could explain how best to obtain tickets for the show - from abroad. Last time I was in France I bought tickets through www.fnac.fr and obtained the tickets in a fnac shop when I arrived in France. It was very easy because the webpage was (at least partly) in english, as an option. The tickets for the Fourviere Nights Festival appears to be sold through another website and of course - everything is in french. I was wondering about things like if you need to register, if you should buy tickets that you print out yourself or if I choose shop-pickup where do I go to collect them. It seems to be free seating so I guess there won't be much risk of not being able to get hold of a ticket. If one gets past the language barrier, that is. Thanks in advance.

I can explain to you. Tickets are already on sale? What is the French site you found? I think, and I'm pretty sure, that the ticket will go on sale through fnac.com. Otherwise, try ticketnet.fr I think you can translate the website in English.

Just check the website of the venue. They say tickets on sale on the 6th April.

So far, the official page in French does not give any important information except the date when tickets will go on sale. I think you'll be able to buy it through fnac.com because the other concerts of the festival are already on sale on this site. If you need help, ask

Anyway. I hope tickets will be available through fnac. It makes everything easier. Looking at the site for the Bayonne concert, http://www.prolymp.com, the tickets to that show seems to be sold on that website. I guess there will be standing tickets on just about every show on this tour?

Most of the time, tickets for Fourviere festival go through the festival's website first, then fnac. And it's GA only 'cause it's in an old roman amphiteather, and it's the most gorgeous venue !!! look it up on google (amphiteatre de fourviere, lyon)

Have you any insight regarding the Bayonne show as well? Will the tickets not be sold through fnac? Will it be general admission? What capacity has the arena? Would it likely to be sold out in a couple of hours?

I think somebody wrote on here yesterday that Bayonne will be GA.

Well, you did question if there ever had been a show in a "bullring" that wasn't GA. I haven't forgotten. However, do you know for certain? Personally, I've never been to a bullring. Have you been to the arena in question? In the pictures of it, it does have places for seating but I guess you could probably choose to sit if you like. There was that option in Nantes 2010 if I remember correctly.

The parterre will be GA.(That's what the producer said anyway). There are seats around, but i don't know whether they will be reserved or GA.
