I think he more than deserves it, the vatican folks should get their fingers out their butts.

That rule may apply to everyone else but not to Bob Dylan, he is a true exception.

How dare anyone accuse me of not being sincere, I am seriously hurt by this slur on my character, Bob would be ashamed of you.

So it's evil minded to accuse you of really thinking that too many people here worship Dylan?
To imply that this topic is a heavy handed shot at sarcasm and irony?
So you really want him to be introduced as St. Bob on his NET concerts?

In that case I deeply apologize for hurting your feelings.

Thank you, apology accepted, I would never ever think that you were not being sincere.

Not under Pope Benedict...he denounced Bob's music.

He wouldn't be Pope "under" Pope Benedict. He would replace Pope Benedict and then issue a series of encyclicals which teams of theologians and linguists would spend decades attempting to translate.

"I think he said Pas na bafna dee no pooom."
"Yeah.... I... I got nothing." :(

Do we know Bob's current marital status? That may pose a problem. Or, maybe not.

He would be a Pope many of the masses could relate to...if they can understand him.

And the encyclicals...suppose they could help his chances for the Nobel Prize in Literature in a year or two. (Supposing he doesn't receive it this year, of course.)

The first step to Sainthood is Beatification..

Since Bob Dylan was closely associated with the Beat generation, that has got to
help, surely..

"The jester sang for the king and queen"

Sainthood belongs to someone else... like one of the wives.

Getting live people to show up for a concert by a dead guy for 5 years, might qualify as a miracle ? He may have a shot.

Okay, so BIABH, H61 and BOB cover that.

The obstacles are falling away. Next step, he must have displayed what's known as Heroic Virtue.

Well, he's a hero to us, but the virtue part might cost him millions....

Of course, this is the same cry baby phony who in a recent thread of his started off with -

" Hasn't Dylan won enough prizes already? Does he really need to win one that is not even in relation to his forte?????????????????"

A better name for this confused puppy might be the jealous dunce He must be quite wealthy though - he can afford to spend a lot time accomplishing zero.
