dylanchords.info - Great for guitar players and non-guitar players alike. Complete guitar chords and lyrics for all studio releases and many bootlegs
dvdylan.com - A trading community for videos of Dylan. I've never used it myself, but i hear that they are very friendly, generous and accomodating for newcomers.
