This must be Dylan's most human moment? At 5:00 when he looks over and Van has wandered off stage without a word. Looks like Bob is even signalling the band to keep going before realizing that Van has had enough... Breaks my heart.

Great Post thanks, I was of the thinking bobs signalling to end the song rather than keep the band going but who knows.

Van seemed quite frustrated during that whole performance. It was nice to see and good overall, but you could tell there were a few times that they were off and Van got to the point where I guess he had enough.

Bob does seem heartbroken. I loved when he got Van the harmonica. That whole section was bad ass.

Maybe I read too much into it. I don't know Van at all, never seen him perform. But it's obvious Van was not pleased and even though Bob might not have been heart-broken, there's that clear moment when he looks over and expect to see Van and realizes, in fron of everyone, Van has left, just in the instance Bob tells the band to keep going.

Bob have him the wrong harp

I'd be pissed too. Then he had to play it

Bob simply does not give someone the wrong harp. It's the rest of the band that are in the wrong key.
