I can't find any details of which cinema(s) in London will be showing this - let alone buy tickets yet. Anyone know anything?

I don't think that information is available at the moment. All I found is a list of cities.

Besides, why would you want to buy a ticket for a single showing when that same amount of money would allow you to watch it as many times as you want?

Covered Dylan's most famous iconic period and was
15 years ago, when Netflix and streaming wasn't a thing and his fanbase was a bit more alive.

But hey I may be wrong. Ask the BFI?

Watching it on a full size Cinema screen with surrounding sound, and with a bunch of fellow Dylan fans, would be so much better than watching on a TV

To watch it in a cinema isn´t the same as you watch it at home on your tv set.

It´s a special feeling.

I would if they show it here in Austria.

I guess my sarcasm fell flat.
Of course I'd like to see it in a theater AND watch it on Netflix!
I just don't have that opportunity, so I rationalized it was just fine.
and it will be, it will be...

Most content which appears on Netflix, because it's available long term, doesn't get a DVD/Blu-ray release in the short/medium term. Exclusivity is usually one of Netflix's conditions before they part with large sums of money...
