But are we talking "complete shows" (which involve getting release sign-offs from many people) or just Bob segments?

I'd be happy with "quality" over "completeness" which means "all Bob". Yes, I understand that this would mean forgoing multiple versions of Ronnie Blakee's "Sunrise" and "Stumblin' Drunk Jack Elliott" but sometimes you gotta make sacrifices..........

Plus this is just in time for my birthday.

Fantastic news. Rolling Thunder 75 just might be my favourite Bob period. I always liken Bob and this tour to a gunslinger coming back to town to kick ass one last time. This tour, fresh after the release of Blood On The Tracks with Desire to follow....

Can’t wait for the Scorsese documentary as well.

You should be a little bit more confident. You do know at least one Spanish word.

I also managed to order with minimal knowledge of Spanish.
But where is the logout button? I'm searching for "Adios, mi corazón" :?:

I'd say that very likely they are just going to single Bob out. Including
the duets of course.

to be honest: I'm not that much interested in 1975. I want 1976!

Same here. Am very familiar with 1975. I love the rough abandon
of the '76 gigs. Higher heights and deeper depths. Next best thing
to '76 is '75 however. There's going to be gold to mine from these
tapes, and even the familiar ones will be in better quality than we've
ever heard them.

since it's 'only' 14 CDs from 1975 – I guess most of the stuff is already in general circulation. And 1975 means that there won't be anthing from Salt Lake City

Are these Amazon links maybe two separate releases?
The 1 disc is the "Soundtrack" to the documentary and the 14 disc is the collector's edition.
I'll take them both though anyway.
So I'll hold off the pre-order until there's an official announcement.

The soundtrack is out on May 3rd. The Rolling Thunder 14 cd box is out
2 weeks later on May 17th.

Makes sense. Any idea if the $213 price is legit? Of course without any info, it's hard to judge the price, and I get that 14 CDs is impressive and who knows what (incomplete) pamphlet will accompany it, but how does that price compare to previous BS-releases? Anyone done a tally of retail prices of them?

Generally, when the listing first appears on amazon, it's usually considerably pricier than the final price. I'd say it'll probably be around $100 (though hopefully less!)

Oh yeah, of course it is 1975. Yeah, agreed 1976 is what I need. Although from hearing compilation of the songs I haven't heard from both years, to be honest there doesn't appear to be much to unearth but am happy to be surprised. I know there are more rehearsals than the ones everyone already has.

the learing from the mistakes they made in the past. Just on example: some years I bought the Rolling Stones super deluxe Sticky Fingers box for just £ 10.99 (I bought three of them, of course).
