Mojo has become one of the great secrets of NYC nightlife. For the most part an instrumental "cover-band", Mojo has come up with its own concept in taking on some of the great songs of the past...kind of a cross between Muddy Waters & Henry Mancini. Currently working on a recording, the band is focused on creating a "vibe" that is both musically & sonically askew. Members of the NYN all-star house band include: 1998 GRAMMY AWARDS winner John Leventhal (producer/co-writer: SHAWN COLVIN, MARC COHN, ROSANNE CASH), Tony Garnier (music director: BOB DYLAN), and NYN partner Rick DePofi (arranger: SHAWN COLVIN, MARC COHN).
